Pricing questions

How do the tiers differ?

Tiers are about capability, not your specialty. Silver covers the front office: OPD, appointments, pharmacy, payments and WhatsApp. Gold adds full hospital operations: inpatient wards, emergency, laboratory, radiology and analytics. Platinum switches on the complete platform, including OT, blood bank and the AI scribe. Whatever tier you pick, the suites for your declared specialties are included.

How does the 1-year-free offer work?

Pay for one year on any annual tier and we add a second year at no charge: two years for the price of one.

We were referred by another hospital. What do we get?

Referred hospitals get 20% off their first year on any tier. Enter the referral code at signup and the discount applies to your first annual bill; the referring hospital earns a credit too.

Do specialty suites like dental, IVF or rehab cost extra?

No. Your medical specialty is never a surcharge. Declare the specialties you practise and each one's full suite is included on any tier, as your main profile or as one of several in a multi-specialty hospital. Pick the tier by how much of the wider hospital you run. The only optional add-on is the Intelligence feature (AI scribe and advanced analytics), which Platinum already includes.

Can we change tiers later?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and your data never moves. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

How does per-bed pricing work for larger hospitals?

From 50 beds, you can switch from a flat tier to a published per-bed rate on Gold or Platinum capability. The rate is on this page, not behind a sales call. Per-bed plans add SSO, assisted data migration, a dedicated success manager and an uptime SLA, and annual billing keeps the same two-months-free structure.

What do patient-reach campaigns cost?

Campaigns are pay-as-you-go: a flat daily rate for the days your camp, offer or discount is live on the public Offers page. There is no monthly commitment and no tier requirement. Platform-run voucher drives are always free for hospitals.

Is there a setup fee?

No hidden setup fee. Onboarding, configuration and team training are included when you go live, typically within a single working day.

What happens to my data if I leave?

Your data is always yours. Export the complete record set to the FHIR R4 standard at any time. There is no lock-in.
